I started off 18 years in Construction as a site engineer and finished as a senior project planner. I had a parallel career in the British Army With a background of 15 years in project management; 10 years in sales in the Events industry; 3 years running The Innovation Research Centre at Henley Management College in the UK; and 12 years an Army Reserve Royal Engineer Sapper, N.C.O. and Officer who started in Commando Squadron and finished off in Bomb Disposal; I’ve certainly had an interesting life.

This interesting life has helped mould me into a creative individual; an idea generator who can develop new and imaginative ideas without being held back by my judgement or mental reservation. I’m also an innovative person who can turn those creative ideas into reality, and make it happen in detail. At the same time, I can step back and look at the big picture and not get overwhelmed by the finer details.
